All services are subject to our manufacturing capabilities, material availability, and production schedules.
Quote Requests: All orders begin with a quote request. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed purchase order and required deposit.
Payment Terms:
Lead Times: Standard production lead times range from 2-4 weeks depending on order complexity and quantity. Custom orders may require additional time.
Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery to the specified delivery address or pickup from our facility.
Quality Standards: All products are manufactured to agreed specifications and undergo quality control inspection.
Defective Products: We will replace or repair products found to be defective due to manufacturing errors at no cost to the customer.
Returns: Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned unless defective. Standard products may be returned within 14 days in original condition.
Customer retains ownership of any designs, specifications, or intellectual property provided to us. We retain the right to use general manufacturing knowledge and techniques gained through the production process.
We may use non-confidential project information for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or material shortages.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuching, Sarawak.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
